CV Boots & Joints & Drive Shafts

Sometimes you will notice that your steering will click when operating on full lock. This could mean that your CV joint could need replacing on your Volkswagen Polo. In some cases a CV joint won't be available to buy on its own and in that instance a complete driveshaft will be the only remedy.
MOT Tip
If your MOT failure states "constant velocity joint gaiter deteriorated to the extent that it no longer prevents the ingress of dirt etc [2.5.C.1a]." then you will need to replace the CV Boot. orangespanner stock CV boots or gaiters as they are more commonly known as in a variety of options to suit your needs.
